Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at AYA | ايا . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on clearance or "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal wear (e.g., undergarments or swimwear), if applicable.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at WhatsApp.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
